This dataset has the following contents.
1.The amount of impurities, organic matter, and mineral were measured by the following method. After the samples were dried (60 degreeC, 24-48 hours)(EO-450V, ETTAS, Japan) and weighed, they were combusted for 5hour at 500 degreeC in an electric furnace(SSTR-13R, ISUZU, Japan). After weighed, they were recombusted for 1hour at 1000 degreeC.
2.Major chemical solute concentrations were measured using an ion chromatography system (ICS-1100, Thermofisher, USA). For anion analysis, we used guard and separator columns (Ion Pac AG12 A and AS12 A, Thermo-fisher, USA) with an eluent of 2.7 mM Na2CO3 and 0.3 mM NaHCO3, the flow rate of which was set at 1.5 mL min-1. For cation analysis, we used guard and separator columns (Ion Pac CG12 A and CS12 A, Thermo-fisher, USA) with an eluent of 20 mM methanesulfonic acid as an eluent with a flow rate of 1.0 mL min-1.
3.Pigment concentration were measured using a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) (SHIMADZU)
