Tracking bacterial active matter in complex environments using deep learning - Code for Tracking Method

This dataset contains open access to code used for the tracking method presented in the paper, "Tracking bacterial active matter in complex environments using deep learning". The code files represent two steps of the tracking method that, when combined, can produce trajectories. It uses two neural networks from open-source deep learning software package DeepTrack. The dataset contains a README document which briefly explains how the code files are used. It also contains a h5 file of the weights of a pretrained MAGIK neural network model that is required to link trajectories. A line for loading the weights is included in the code.
