Food and Odor Dependence on Number of Insects in a given area

The researchers were taken to the grassland, which is placed in York University’s Keele Campus. 

Experiment was done for 3 trials in each day and for 2 days. 12 bunches of grass were prepared and 3 of them are washed with perfume, other 3 were washed with pure water, other 3 were washed with salinated water and last 3 were washed with sugar concentrated water. In each trial, number of insects were counted and recorded for every 20 minutes, for 2 hours according to their presence whether in salinated grass, glucose rich grass, water grass, or washed with perfume grass. Temperature was recorded by researchers by knowing the fact that it is going to affect the number of insects present in the whole grassland at that day.
