To further determine genetic information relating to Glycine max resistance to Heterodera glycines (Soybean cyst nematode; SCN) the Hg Type-Test lines were sequenced. These lines are routinely used to determine the type of SCN population present in a field, and serve as the parents for most commercially cultivated SCN resistance soybean lines.
