miRNA expression profiles in corpus callosum of rats with CLP-induced sepsis-associated neuroinflammation

miRNAs are involved in the pathogenesis and development of sepsis associated neuroinflammation. The goal of the study was to determine the miRNAs in corpus callosum tissue of septic rats (1day after CLP) and sham rats. The differentially expressed (DE) miRNAs in corpus callosum were identified by high-throughput sequencing.The findings will provide useful information for exploring therapeutic candidate targets of septic neuroinflammation.
