Bulk isotope data set supporting the manuscript "Reconstructing the diet, trophic level, and migration pattern of Mysticete whales based on baleen isotopic composition."

Bulk carbon and nitrogen stable isotope values from baleen from stranded and bowcaught whales in the North Sea. 本数据集收录北海水域搁浅及渔叉捕获鲸鱼的鲸须（baleen）整体碳、氮稳定同位素数值。研究人员对5头个体的鲸须进行了逐级采样，结合另一数据集提供的化合物特异性氨基酸分析结果，探究鲸须的生长间隔、洄游模式、代谢特征及营养级。本整体碳、氮同位素数据集支撑了题为《基于鲸须同位素组成重建须鲸类（Mysticete whales）的食谱、营养级及洄游模式》的学术研究手稿。
