We generated p53 R175H or R248Q missense mutation knock-in cells, known as gain-of-function (GOF) mutations. To confirm the cell behaviors of GOF p53, we performed an RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis to compare the differences in genome-wide gene expression among p53-wild-type, -KO, -R175H or -R248Q cells.
