高等级安全完整性电动执行机构失效分析数据集

主要面向电动执行机构失效研究。按执行机构的功能进行模块划分，再参照SN 29500、 IEC 62061标准对各模块进行失效模式、失效原因、失效影响、诊断方法等研究分析；然后再详细分析各模块每个元器件的失效模式、失效影响、失效率、诊断覆盖率等，最后进行失效数据汇总。数据量578.06KB。This dataset is primarily targeted at failure research of electric actuators. First, the actuators are divided into modules based on their functions, and then research and analysis are conducted on failure modes, failure causes, failure effects, diagnostic methods and other relevant aspects of each module with reference to the SN 29500 and IEC 62061 standards. Subsequently, detailed analyses are performed on the failure modes, failure effects, failure rates, diagnostic coverage and other indicators of each component within every module, followed by final aggregation of all failure data. The dataset has a size of 578.06 KB.
