Above Proficiency;PISA for grade 15Y using MPL Level 2 for math

This indicator uses the Minimum Proficiency Levels (MPLs) defined by the Global Alliance to Monitor Learning (GAML) led by the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS) in the context of the SDG 4.1.1 monitoring, which established learning benchmarks across different cross-national and national assessments. This indicator is calculated based on the data from Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) assessments of the extent to which 15-year-old students can handle mathematics adeptly when confronted with situations and problems, using Minimum proficiency level (MPL) 2 as the benchmark of basic knowledge.
