Copper sulphate is a commonly used therapeutic drug that has been proven to be effective in managing protozoan parasites in aquaculture. To explore the adverse effects of copper sulphate exposure on yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco), the influences of sublethal concentration of copper sulphate on transcriptomic responses in the gills of goldfish were investigated.
