Delphi rounds, study: Towards the Development of Collaborative Housing in Chile: Scenario Planning and Policy Strategies

This document presents the protocols of three survey rounds based on the Delphi-Based Scenarios technique, which was applied to plan scenarios and policy strategies for three Collaborative Housing (CH) models in Chile. These models are cooperativas de vivienda (housing cooperatives), pequeños condominios (small condominiums) and vivienda social colectiva (social collective housing). The three Delphi rounds were conducted in October 2023 and February 2024. They were iterative, facilitated by the study's main researcher, and applied to 21 Chilean housing experts. The questionnaires considered open and closed questions, combining quantitative and qualitative research methods. The dataset also contains the Delphi rounds in Spanish, the original language of the questionnaires conducted by the research lead author.

本文件详述了基于德尔菲情景构建技术（Delphi-Based Scenarios technique）的三轮调研实施方案，该技术被用于为智利的三类协作式住房（Collaborative Housing, CH）模型规划情景与政策策略。这三类模型分别为住房合作社（cooperativas de vivienda）、小型公寓楼（pequeños condominios）以及集体社会住房（vivienda social colectiva）。三轮德尔菲调研于2023年10月与2024年2月开展，采用迭代式研究设计，由本研究的主理研究员统筹主持，共邀请21位智利住房领域专家参与。调研问卷兼顾开放式与封闭式问题，结合了定量与定性两种研究范式。本数据集同时收录了调研所用的西班牙语问卷原文——即研究牵头作者实施调研时所使用的原始语言版本。
