资源简介:
This thesis presents a comprehensive numerical investigation of particle tribohcarging in pneumatic conveying, with a focus on the effects of particle shape, charge transfer mechanisms, and pipeline geometry. A coupled CFD-DEM framework is developed and enhanced to incorporate a refined condenser charging model with frictional charge, which enables tribocharging prediction for particles with different shapes in various pipe configurations. The findings establish mechanistic links between particle shape, charge transfer, flow regime, conveying performance, and pipe wear, offering predictive tools to enhance safety and efficiency in industrial powder transport.
