瓦楞纸箱每次出厂前需抽样检测纸箱边压强度值,来匹配客户对纸箱边压强度值的定制要求,进而为瓦楞纸箱性能是否合格提供基础数据,有利于保障纸箱质量,提高对内装产品在装载、运输、保管等过程中的各种冲击、振动、颠簸、压缩、摩擦等外力的保护作用。选取瓦楞纸箱样品进行边压强度测试。1、数据采集:明确纸箱配料、规格、楞型;参照瓦楞纸箱国家标准,测定每平方米面纸克重、B瓦克重、里纸克重,采用边压强度仪器测定面纸边压指数、B瓦边压指数、里纸边压指数。2、数据计算:边压强度=0.95×(面纸克重×面纸边压指数+1.4×B瓦克重×B瓦边压指数+里纸克重×里纸边压指数)。3、数据结论:边压强度值大于客户定制要求值,判定为合格。
Before leaving the factory, corrugated cardboard boxes must undergo sampling inspection of their edge crush strength (ECT) to match customers' customized requirements for this parameter, providing basic data to determine whether the corrugated cardboard boxes meet performance standards. This is conducive to ensuring box quality and enhancing their protective effect against various external forces such as impact, vibration, jolting, compression and friction that the packed products are exposed to during loading, transportation and storage.
Corrugated cardboard box samples are selected for edge crush strength testing.
1. Data Collection: Clarify the ingredients, specifications and corrugation type of the boxes; refer to the national standard for corrugated cardboard boxes, measure the grammage of face paper per square meter, the grammage of B-flute corrugated paper and the grammage of liner paper, and use an edge crush strength tester to determine the edge crush index of face paper, edge crush index of B-flute corrugated paper and edge crush index of liner paper.
2. Data Calculation: Edge crush strength = 0.95 × (grammage of face paper × edge crush index of face paper + 1.4 × grammage of B-flute corrugated paper × edge crush index of B-flute corrugated paper + grammage of liner paper × edge crush index of liner paper).
3. Data Conclusion: If the measured edge crush strength value is greater than the customer's customized requirement value, the corrugated cardboard box is judged as qualified.
