Table shows the results of multiple pairwise comparisons using the emmeans function for survival and fecundity in the experiment testing the effects of different bacterial species. It includes details of the fitted models, the type of comparison performed, the contrasted groups, and the corresponding estimated effect size (estimate), standard error (SE), degrees of freedom (df), z-ratio, and p-value for each comparison.
