Gene expression profile at the single cell level of tumor endothelial cells from two orthotopic mouse models: KPC (pancreas) and PYMT (breast).

Single cell analyses have revealed unexpected diversity of endothelial cell subsets in various tissues. However, the expression provile and divsersity of EC in tumor tissue has remained less clear. PyMT or KPC tumor cells (100,000) were implanted in 6-week-old female C57BL6 mice. Ten days after implantation, tumors were digested as described below, and endothelial cells were sorted.
