Annexation History

New annexations are approved by Manteca City Council resolutions, which are sent to the San Joaquin County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) for approval. If LAFCO has no concerns, the annexation is finalized. Prior to 1963, the City approved annexations directly via resolution or ordinance. This layer includes all annexations from the city’s incorporation (1918) to the present day. 曼特卡市（Manteca）议会通过决议批准新的区划并入事项，相关决议将提交至圣华金县地方机构组建委员会（San Joaquin County Local Agency Formation Commission, LAFCO）进行审批。若该委员会无异议，则区划并入事项正式生效。1963年以前，该市可直接通过决议或市法令批准区划并入事项。
