资源简介:

Conductivity, temperature, depth (CTD) recordings taken in the Weddell Sea from aboard the RRS Sir David Attenborough using a Seabird Electronics (SBE) 911plus CTD, and CTD recordings taken through a drill hole in a sea-ice floe using a Teledyne Valeport rapidPro CTD. SBE CTD data were recorded at 24 Hz and binned to 1 m depth intervals. RapidPro CTD data were recorded at 32 Hz and the rapidPro CTD was manually lowered at approximately 0.3 m s^(-1). RapidPro conductivity and temperature were calibrated against the SBE CTD. These data were recorded by scientists from the University of East Anglia, the British Antarctic Survey, the Plymouth Marine Laboratory, and the University of St Andrews in February 2024 during the NERC-funded PICCOLO cruise SD035 in the Southern Ocean.
