Disclosed is a system and method for altering the trajectory of a celestial body, particularly a near-Earth asteroid, by inducing controlled rotational torque. The invention introduces a new physical dimension, the "AMLAK Limit Dimension" (H), defined as H = (m×S)/A, to determine the threshold for target material penetration. A swarm of hypervelocity kinetic impactors, with individual H values exceeding the target's H_limit, are deployed to impact the asteroid at calculated points. This method achieves deflection with 95% less kinetic energy than traditional single-impactor methods, reducing fragmentation risk and mission cost.
