Chronic Respiratory Disease Care Code List

This file documents the SNOMED and ICD10 codes used for analysis into chronic respiratory disease care using routinely collected health data. The diagnosis codes for asthma, COPD, and bronchiectasis were based on the codes published in the HDRUK Phenotype Library (https://phenotypes.healthdatagateway.org/) and were screened and edited for suitability in our research. All code lists were created in collaboration with Dr Timothy Gatheral consultant respiratory physician at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay, senior clinical lecturer, and clinical lead of the Morecambe Bay Respiratory Network (MBRN).
