These files are provided alongside the manuscript by He et al., “The Global Dominance of Climate in Biodiversity.” All underlying source data for the main and supplementary figures—including environmental and biodiversity metrics for global drainage (river) basins (see SourceData.xlsx: BasinMultiTaxa, BasinFish, Mountains, Plains, and Fig. 3b)—are supplied as source-data files. The source-data files, together with the Python scripts used for data analysis and processing—Randomforest_analysis_global.txt, Randomforest_analysis_mountains.txt, Randomforest_ analysis_plains.txt, and readme.docx—are included in the Supplementary Materials.
