资源简介:
These are supplementary tables for the paper "The organic carbon burial in the Songliao Paleo-lake promoted the global cooling in the early period of the Late Cretaceous" by Zhang et al. (2025).Table S1 includes coordinates for 120 drilling sites used in this study.Table S2 presents the evaluation of lower (25th percentile), median (50th percentile), and upper (75th percentile) values of total organic carbon (TOC), stratigraphic thickness, shale/mudstone proportion, thermal maturity (Ro), and organic richness (K).Table S3 includes the lower (25th percentile) estimates of mass accumulation rate (MAR) values for the Quantou Member 4, Qingshankou Member 1, Qingshankou Members 2–3, Yaojia Member 1, Yaojia Members 2–3, Nenjiang Member 1, and Nenjiang Member 2.Table S4 includes the median (50th percentile) estimates of MAR values for the same stratigraphic intervals.Table S5 includes the upper (75th percentile) estimates of MAR values for the same stratigraphic intervals.Table S6 summarizes the lower, median, and upper estimates of organic carbon burial rates and atmospheric pCO₂ sequestration rates in the Early Late Cretaceous Songliao paleo-lake.Table S7 provides the stratigraphic time framework adopted in this study.Table S8 compiles TOC, δ¹³C, and δ¹⁸O data from the SK1-s borehole, along with global marine δ¹³C and δ¹⁸O reference records.
