The law on the development plan Eilbek 3 of 27 May 1966 (HmbGVBl. P. 153), amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 498), is amended as follows:
1.The attached “Annex to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Development Plan Eilbek 3” is added to the Act.
2.In § 2(2), the following sentences are added:
‘Retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments shall be prohibited. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Construction Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479) is decisive.’
