Heat stress can cause a series of endocrine changes, metabolic remodeling and immune imbalance. However, it is difficult to systematically elucidate the interaction mechanisms and nutrient repartitionpathways of different tissues and organs under heat stress based on research methods based on conventional blood indicators or single tissue transcriptomes. The team's previous studies have shown that heat stress can cause inflammatory responses in breast tissue, but its underlying causes and specific mechanisms still need further exploration. Therefore, this study combined RNAseq, arteriovenous differential analysis, and single-cell sequencing to conduct the following research on the metabolic adaptation of multiple tissues of dairy cows under heat stress, immune response characteristics, and the effects of mammary nutrient substrates and hormone regulation patterns on lactation performance
