Predicting local striatal reward signals from corticostriatal connectivity

A collection of 12 brain maps. Each brain map is a 3D array of values representing properties of the brain at different locations.

### Collection description

<p>This collection contains the observed contrasts presented in the paper, contrast maps predicted by structural connectivity, and the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) between observed and predicted contrast. All maps were computed at the single-subject level, normalized to MNI space, and averaged. </p>

本集合包含论文中呈现的观测对比度、基于结构连接预测的对比度图以及观测与预测对比度之间的平均绝对误差（MAE）。所有地图均在单受试者水平上计算，归一化至MNI空间，并取平均值。该集合收录了12幅脑图谱。每一幅脑图谱均由表示大脑不同位置属性的值构成的3D数组。
