Bacteroides spp. Isolates Genomes from infant and mother fecal samples of the HELMi cohort

Bacteroides are dominant commensals in human gut microbiota. This project involved the isolation of seven Bacteroides isolates from samples of the HELMi (Health and Early life microbiome) cohort. These isolates were obtained from faecal samples collected from 2 mothers around delivery time, and from two infants collected at 9 weeks of age.
