This dataset was generated in an in vivo systems toxicology study where Apoe-/- mice were exposed to cigarette smoke or aerosols of two different heat-not-burn platforms, THS 2.2 and CHTP 1.2, for up to six months (please refer to the study page for more detail on the study design).
Along the study, the aerosol was assessed in order to ensure robust delivery of the smoke or aerosols to the animal chambers. It included chemical characterization and particle size distribution.
This dataset includes single measurements for each animal.
