Full-length transcriptome sequences and morph-specific SNP call sets for long-winged (FL) and short-winged (FS) morphs of Tetrix grossus (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae)

This dataset contains raw full-length transcriptome reads and filtered single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) call sets generated from long-winged (fully-winged, FL) and short-winged (short-winged, FS) morphs of Tetrix grossus (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae), used to investigate the molecular basis of wing polymorphism in this species.
