Physiological response of Desulfuribacillus stibiiarsenatis MLFW-2 to Sb(V) and As(V)

The objective of this RNA sequencing project was to study the physiological response of Desulfuribacillus stibiiarsenatis MLFW-2 to Sb(V) and As(V) as terminal electron acceptors. Triplicate RNA samples were extracted from early- and late-log phase cultures (six replicates in total) grown on lactate as the electron donor/carbon source and either Sb(V) or As(V) as the electron acceptor.
