data for fungal regulatory networks

promoter_rh_sequences.tar.gz file includes all of the orthologous promoter sets for the 4 reference species. promoter_rh_supp_data.tar.gz contains files for visualization of the representations (javatreeview) and the learned motifs (MEME format, TomTom comparisons with JASPAR fungi and cis-bp2.0) Also included are plain text tab delimited files of the 4 representations, as well as examples of the html TomTom output (these may take a moment to load in your browser).
