The effect of a total fish meal replacement by Athrospira platensis on the microbiome of African catfish (Clarias gariepi-nus)

We undertook a ten weeks feeding experiment with two experimental diets, containing either fishmeal or microalgae (Athrospira platensis) as a protein source on African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) and investigated the influence of microalgae supplementation on the intestinal microbiome.
