Interaction network of proteins related to Intellectual Disability and Global Development delay

The interaction network is showing the results produced by the MCL algorithm. Each node corresponds to a protein, and each line represents an interaction with high sustainability (STRING version 11.0; Combined Score > 0.9). The 20 proteins that were not grouped in the MCL analysis were not represented. In addition to the protein symbol and combined Score values, we added the gene symbol, cluster code, degree, and gene classification according to The Human Phenotype Ontology (April 2019 HPO Release) (https://hpo.jax.org/app/), being ID (Intellectual Disability; red), GDD (Global Developmental Delay; blue), ID/GDD (Intellectual Disability + Global Developmental Delay; orange) and other (gene not observed in the ID or GDD datasets; green).
