Four geometries of patients-specific acute ischemic left ventricles employed in https://doi.org/10.1016/j.compbiomed.2025.110975

This dataset consists of four .msh files representing the patient-specific geometries of acute ischemic left ventricles employed in the study referenced by 10.1016/j.compbiomed.2025.110975. These files can be opened and visualized using Gmsh, where six Elementary entities are defined: three volume's IDs that identify the Healthy region (1), the Border region (2) and the Ischemic region (3); and three surface's IDs that identify the left ventricular base (51), the epicardial surface (100) and the endocardial surface (200). As regard the mesh, the geometries are discretized in tetrahedral elements of average size equal to 0.7 mm.
