LUAD_SingleCell_Atlas

Integrated and manually annotated single-cell RNA-seq atlas of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). The dataset includes hierarchical cell type annotations at two levels (major lineages and functional subpopulations) and is provided as a Seurat RDS file. It can be used as a reference for cell type annotation transfer and validation of independent LUAD scRNA-seq datasets.
