Transcriptomic response of Arabidopsis thaliana to extracellular DNA treatment

Here, we present transcriptomic data examining the effects of extracellular DNA (exDNA) treatment on plant gene expression and induced resistance against insect herbivory. While exDNA has been reported to trigger plant defense responses, the underlying molecular mechanisms are not fully understood. This dataset provides comprehensive gene expression profiles of plants following exDNA treatment and herbivore exposure, offering a valuable resource for studying how exDNA influences plant immunity and stress responses.
