IgG titer was measured by passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in mice. Unconjugated epitope was also able to elicit an antibody reaction after repeated injections. An IgG1 response was observed in 15 of 16 C3H/HeN mice, but only 5 of 20 C57Bl/6 at 4 weeks after the 6th injection.
