scRNA profiling of early postnatal thymus derived Vd1+ gamma delta T cells.

We focus on characterizing Vd1 T cell development through determination of their effector profile, characterization of their paired TCR repertoire, and understanding of antigen reactivity towards CD1 molecules through single cell RNA analyses. Overall design: To understand Vd1 T cell developmental trajectories, gammadelta T cells from thymus samples were sorted on Vd1, stained with immunophenotyping CITE-seq antibodies and barcoded tetramers for antigen specificity, and GEX, VDJ, and antibody libraries were sequenced using the 10X Genomics 5' Single Cell Immune Profiling workflow
