Station M time series study (NE Pacific) CTD data (cruises 2006-2022, surface to 4000 m depth)

These datasets are from sensors mounted on remotely operated vehicle deployments (ROVs Tiburon and Doc Ricketts) to Station M (approx 4000 m) in the NE Pacific. Collection dates were from 2006 to 2022 as the ROV operated from the surface to the abyssal seafloor. The CTD was a Seabird SBE 21, Oxygen came from a pair of Seabird SBE 43s, Beam transmission from a Wetlabs C-Star, 25cm path, 720nm(red) 21 and 43s were calibrated annually at Seabird, and the 43s were corrected a couple of times a year with bottle titration.
