Symbiont densities of tropical and subtropical scleractinian corals under ocean acidification

This dataset contains effect sizes (Hedge's d) of symbiont density and calcification in scleractinian corals under ocean acidification in aquaria experiments that were identified through a formal literature review. R code used in the analysis of these effect sizes are also provided.
