Supplementary Table S4: HN-score Data For All Rice Genes

A list of all rice genes sorted by HN-score (gene expression evaluation index). The thresholds for expression ratios are set at 5-fold and 1/5-fold and are classified as “upregulated” and “downregulated,” respectively. If neither criterion was met, it is classified as “unchanged.”
This supplement includes three tables related to the HN-score.
(Table S4-1) HN-score_rice_250524_HN5_all: In this table, the HN-score for each gene is listed.
(Table S4-2) HNscore_rice_sample_count_HN5: In this table, the HN-score for each sample (e.g., leaf) is displayed. The sample types are listed in Supplementary Table 1.
(Table S4-3) HNscore_rice_sample_validate_HN5: This table shows how much the HN-score calculated for each sample contributes to the overall HN-score (HN5(all) column). For example, Os04g0107900 (gene synonym: Heat shock protein 90.1), which has the highest HN-score, exhibits a positive HN-score in 13 samples, indicating that these samples show increased expression during heat stress.
