静曲强度是衡量板材品质好坏的关键指数,刨花板材静曲强度测试分析数据主要用于检测刨花板材在实际使用过程中能够荷载的最大强度。如果静曲强度指数低,那么这款板材在受力后就容易发生变形、开裂等问题,用这款板材做成的家具在日后使用时的损坏概率、出现断裂现象的概率会变高,使用寿命短安全隐患相应增大。标注测试产品批次号后,测量刨花板材宽度(b)和厚度(t)。选取两个平行的圆柱形支撑辊,当t≤6mm时,支撑辊直径范围应选用10±0.5mm;当t>6mm时,则应选用15±0.5mm。同时调节两个支撑辊间中心距(L1)至少为20*t,平放在支座上,刨花板材长轴与支撑辊垂直。在刨花板材中心点放置加荷辊,加荷辊平行于支撑辊放置,并与两支承辊之间距离相等。当t≤6mm时,加荷辊直径范围应选用10±0.5mm;当t>6mm时,则应选用30±0.5mm。最后通过拉力试验机恒速加载至刨花板材被破坏时最大荷载(Fmax),并记录。根据《GB/T 17657-2013 人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》,计算静曲强度(MOR)=3*Fmax*L1/(2*b*t*t)。合格的刨花板材应满足以下对应要求:①若t≤6mm,则需MOR≥12MPa;②若6mm<t≤20mm,则需MOR≥11MPa;③若20mm<t≤25mm,则需MOR≥10.5MPa;④若25mm<t≤34mm,则需MOR≥9.5MPa;⑤若t>34mm,则需MOR≥7MPa。若刨花板材未达到相应要求,则不合格,需重新选择板材进行核算。
Modulus of Rupture (MOR) is a critical indicator for evaluating the quality of wood-based panels. The test and analysis data of MOR for particleboard are mainly used to detect the maximum load-bearing strength of particleboard during actual use. If the MOR value is low, the panel is prone to deformation, cracking and other issues under stress. Furniture made from such panels will have higher probabilities of damage and fracture during subsequent use, with shortened service life and correspondingly increased safety hazards.
After marking the batch number of the tested product, measure the width (b) and thickness (t) of the particleboard. Select two parallel cylindrical support rollers. When t ≤ 6 mm, the diameter of the support rollers should be 10 ± 0.5 mm; when t > 6 mm, the diameter should be 15 ± 0.5 mm. Meanwhile, adjust the center distance (L1) between the two support rollers to be at least 20*t. Place the particleboard flat on the supports, with its long axis perpendicular to the support rollers.
Place a loading roller at the center point of the particleboard. The loading roller should be parallel to the support rollers and equidistant from the two support rollers. When t ≤ 6 mm, the diameter of the loading roller should be 10 ± 0.5 mm; when t > 6 mm, the diameter should be 30 ± 0.5 mm. Finally, use a universal testing machine to apply load at a constant speed until the particleboard breaks, and record the maximum load (Fmax) at failure.
According to GB/T 17657-2013 Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Wood-based Panels and Decorative Wood-based Panels, the modulus of rupture (MOR) is calculated as: MOR = 3*Fmax*L1/(2*b*t²).
Qualified particleboards shall meet the following corresponding requirements:
1. When t ≤ 6 mm, MOR ≥ 12 MPa;
2. When 6 mm < t ≤ 20 mm, MOR ≥ 11 MPa;
3. When 20 mm < t ≤ 25 mm, MOR ≥ 10.5 MPa;
4. When 25 mm < t ≤ 34 mm, MOR ≥ 9.5 MPa;
5. When t > 34 mm, MOR ≥ 7 MPa.
If a particleboard fails to meet the corresponding requirements, it is deemed unqualified and the test needs to be repeated with a new panel.
