Test results for MHD model with staggered B, cell-based AMR and temporal substepping

Configuration files for tests of a new magnetohydrodynamic model with a staggered magnetic field solver that supports cell-based adaptive mesh refinement and temporal substepping. Output files of the model as well as post-processing scripts and plots they produce are also included.
