Supporting data for microbiological spectrum and visual outcomes of endogenous endophthalmitis

Data set including 50 patients with endogenous endophthalmitis managed in West Virginia University Medicine. This includes demographic data (age, gender) and the procedures patients received (needle biopsy, vitrectomy, enucleation). It also reports visual outcome of the patients (in Snellen format) and the microbiological culture results (intraocular, blood, elsewhere).

本数据集收录西弗吉尼亚大学医学院（West Virginia University Medicine）收治的50例内源性眼内炎患者的相关资料，包含患者人口统计学信息（年龄、性别）、接受的手术操作（穿刺活检、玻璃体切除术、眼球摘除术），同时记录了患者的视力转归（以斯内伦（Snellen）视力表格式呈现）以及眼内、血液与其他部位样本的微生物培养结果。
