The enhancement of solid tumor immunogenicity and resolution of the apoptosis resistance dilemma in tumors can be effectively achieved through the induction of necroptosis in tumor cells. R-CM@MSN@BC demonstrates the capability of actively delivering photosensitizers and glutamine metabolism inhibitors, thereby inducing necroptosis in tumor cells and concurrently remodeling the immunosuppressive microenvironment.
