Phylogenetic data from Agnolin, 2007

The dataset presented is a matrix of character codings of morphological characters abstracted (http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/s10441-008-9064-7) from observation of real specimens of each of the taxa listed. Some of the taxa are extinct e.g. Brontornis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brontornis), some of the taxa are extant e.g. Rallidae (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rallidae). The file is formatted in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nexus_file format to make it of maximum use.
