This project presents a comprehensive genotyping dataset for 88 healthy Kazakh individuals and 92 Kazakh individuals with Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis. The analysis was performed with Illumina Array Analysis CLI v.2.1 software. Genomic DNA was collected from local medical stations across Kazakhstan and genotyped using the Illumina Infinium ImmunoArray-24v2-0. The study contributes to understanding the genetic basis of Alzheimer’s disease in the Kazakh population
