Data on emotional ratings of IADS-2 and additional sounds from Mexican participants

IADS-2-MEX-BigData The excel file has three worksheets: Grupo 1 (Group 1), Grupo 2 (Group 2), and Grupo 3 (Group 3). Each worksheet has the individual ratings of participants for 58 sounds. Participants and sounds between worksheets are different. The total number of participants is 329 and the total number of sounds is 174. The first 9 columns in each worksheet have demographic information: 1. Participante (Participant number) 2. Edad (Age): 17 - 60 years old 3. Sexo (Sex): Masculino (Male) or Femenino (Female) 4. Estado (State): Name of the Mexican state where the participant is from. 5. Lateralidad (Handedness): Zurdo (Left-handed), Diestro (right-handed), Ambidiestro (Ambidextrous). 6. Expertise en audio (Audio expertise): Sí (Yes) or No (No) 7. Estudios (Education level): Preparatoria (High-School), Licenciatura (Undergraduate studies), Especialidad o Posgrado (Graduate studies). 8. Tipo de audífonos (Type of headphones): Circum-aurales (Covering the ear), Supra-aurales (Over of the ear) or Intra-aurales (Inserted in the ear) 9. Marca y model (Headphone brand and model, if reported by participant) The rest of the columns are grouped in sections of three columns. The first row has the sound name, second row the sound number on IADS-2, and third row indicates the rating: Valence (val), Arousal (aro) or Dominance (dom). The sounds added to this database that are not from IADS-2 are: Pop 1000, Banda 1001, Electronic 1002, Cumbia 1003, Reggaeton 1004, Pink Noise 1006, White Noise 1007 NaN values are ratings during audio errors or that participants did not rate. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IADS-2-MEX The excel file has 8 worksheets. Sex: Descriptive statistics based on sex groups. Male (M) and Female (F) 3. North: Descriptive statistics based on participants from states in north region. 4. Occident: Descriptive statistics based on participants from states in occident region 5. Orient: Descriptive statistics based on participants from states in orient region. 6. South: Descriptive statistics based on participants from states in south region. 7. Center: Descriptive statistics based on participants from states in center region. 8. Headphones: Descriptive statistics based on type of headphones. Intra-aural(I), supra-aural(S) and Circum-aural(C). The sounds added to this database that are not from IADS-2 are: Pop 1000, Banda 1001, Electronic 1002, Cumbia 1003, Reggaeton 1004, Pink Noise 1006, White Noise 1007

IADS-2-MEX-BigData 数据集说明：

每个工作表的前9列为人口统计学信息，具体字段如下：

8. 耳机类型（Tipo de audífonos，Type of headphones）：可选包耳式（Circum-aurales，Covering the ear）、压耳式（Supra-aurales，Over of the ear）与入耳式（Intra-aurales，Inserted in the ear）
9. 耳机品牌与型号（Marca y model，Headphone brand and model，若参与者提供则填写）

工作表其余列以三列为一组进行分组：每组第一行为音频名称，第二行为该音频在IADS-2中的编号，第三行为评分维度，分别为效价（Valence，val）、唤醒度（Arousal，aro）与支配度（Dominance，dom）。

本数据集新增的非IADS-2原始音频包括：Pop 1000、Banda 1001、Electronic 1002、Cumbia 1003、Reggaeton 1004、粉红噪音（Pink Noise）1006、白噪音（White Noise）1007。

缺失值（NaN）对应音频播放异常时的评分，或参与者未完成的评分项。
