Microdata from the Survey on Tourism Expenditure in the Canary Islands. 2011 Second quarter

The basic objective of the Survey on Tourist Expenditure is to know the volume and structure of expenditure made by tourists who spend at least one night in any type of accommodation in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. The sociodemographic profile of the tourist and the general characteristics of the trip are also the object of study of the survey. In this data set, the micro-data identifying the tourist are collected: main destination, main accommodation, country of residence, main reason for the trip, length of stay, way of organising the trip, expenditure concepts, activities carried out, satisfaction and socio-economic characteristics for the second quarter of 2011.本次游客支出调查（Survey on Tourist Expenditure）的核心目标，是掌握在加那利群岛自治区任意类型住宿设施中至少留宿一晚的游客的支出规模与结构。游客的社会人口学特征（sociodemographic profile）以及旅行的总体属性，同样属于本次调查的研究范畴。 本数据集收录了2011年第二季度的用于标识游客的微观数据（micro-data），具体涵盖：主要目的地、主要住宿类型、居住国家、旅行主要动机、停留时长、旅行组织方式、支出类别、参与活动、满意度及社会经济特征。
