SUPPLEMENTARY DATA - Changes in blood leukocytes of pregnant cattle

We conducted two separate experiments to characterize changes in subsets of peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) and their phenotype over the estrous cycle and early pregnancy in heifers and cows. The data presented include figures: (S1) the flow cytometry gating strategy and (S2) specificity of all antibodies used in this study, (S3) the expression of immune molecules from heifers in experiment 1 showing no effects of status (cyclic vs pregnant) and day of sampling, and (S4) the expression of immune molecules from cows in experiment 2, indicating no effects of status (cyclic vs pregnant) and day of sampling.
