City ETJ

This dataset was developed to display the municipal extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) boundary limits in Onslow County, NC. The boundaries are a polygon that excludes the city limits. Add both the ETJ and city limits to see the municipalities full municipal boundary extents.
