Carbon balance of the Alpes de Haute-Provence department

The greenhouse gas emissions balance (BEGES) of CD04 is studied by type of site: General Administration, Roads (intervention centers), Culture (museums, archives, archaeology), Education (colleges), Health and Social (CMS, STAS). Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are assessed on many indicators (emission factors, FE). The files obtained in Excel format are therefore too complex to be provided in CSV raw format. >> For the moment, the proposed synthetic file gathers only the global data. Method used: Bilan Carbone® (Association Bilan Carbone) Perimeter selected: * SCOPE 1 (Direct GHG emissions) * SCOPE 2 (Indirect energy emissions) Reference years for data: sept 2018 - august 2019.
